 *  What Is It?
 
 Abundant Life Ministries Day Camp (ALMDC) is a ministry of Sylvan Hills First Baptist Church.  We Provide loving care, in a safe, nurturing and friendly environment for school age children during the summer.  Our program is made up of all the fun things children love to do and a place where they can learn the Gospel of Jesus in a fun and adventurous way!  We would love for your child to be a part of our program!  
 
 
* Who Can Come? 
School age child who have completed 5*K through 6th grade (5*-12 yrs old) by June are eligible for ALMDC.  CHILD MUST COMPLETE 5*K BY JUNE TO ENTER. There are two camps:  RED CAMP is for children who have completed 5K*-2nd grade.  BLUE CAMP is for children who have completed 3rd-6th grade.
 
*  When Is It?
  
Begins:  Friday, June 4th  Ends:  Friday August 6th.  Operation Hours:  Monday throught Friday from 6:30 am to 6:00 pm.  
 
*  Where Is It?
 
 Abundant Life School.  (Senior High Gym Building)
 
*  What Does  It Cost?
 
A non-refundable registration fee of $30.00 for one child.  Family registration rate of $25 each for two or more children.
 
Daily rate:  $20.00  for one child.  Family daily rate:  $20.00 for first child, $18.00 for each additional child.  You are only charged for the days your child attends.
 
 
*  What Will My Child Be Doing?
 
THIS IS THE FUN PART ! Your child will be going on field trips to fun places like:  the zoo, parks, museums, swimming, skating, picnics, bowling, and way too many to  mention!  We also attend a fun week of Vacation Bible School at  the church.  While we are here at the camp we do things like:  Bible stories, crafts, singing, indoor/outdoor games, movies, and many other great character building activities!

*  What Will My Child Need To Bring?
 
LUNCH:  Please provide a nutritional picnic style lunch for your child with an ice pack to help keep foods cold.  There is no refrigeration or microwave provided for campers. 
 
PIZZA DAY:  Mondays, $1.00 per slice.
 
HOT DOG DAY:  Wednesdays, $1.50 per hotdog & chips.  
 
Please give pizza & hot dog money to your child's camp leader by 10:00 am.  Lunch money must be seperate from ALMDC payment.
 
SNACKS:   ALMDC will provide a morning snack.  Please provide an afternoon snack for your child or give them money to purchase a snack at the snack bar.  Your child will be responsible for keeping their own snack money.
 
SWIMMING DAYS:  Please have your child wear their swim suit/trunks under their clothes to camp.  Please provide a towel, change of clothes, bag for wet clothes, sunscreen (preferably spray on), pool shoes.  A life jacket must be provided for children who do not know how to swim.
 
SKATING/BOWLING DAYS:  Bring or wear a pair of socks.
 
Label everything your child brings to ALMDC.
 
*  How Do I Sign Up?
 
Complete registration form, ID Card for each child attending, thoroughly read polices for ALMDC and go over discipline policies with your child/children listed on the registration form.  Parent/guardian and child must sign form.  Call 501.835.2204 to request forms. Send completed registration form(s), ID card (s) and registration fee to:
